We size the posts, beams, brackets and roofing to the assessed AS 4055 wind classification of your block, tie the roof down to bored pier footings set to the soil and wind, and certify the lot with Form 15 and Form 16 engineering. An undersized inland-spec carport is one of the first things to peel off a roof in a big blow, so we build it to stay put. Exposed coastal sites at Coral Cove or Innes Park assess higher and need heavier brackets and deeper footings, which we design in from the start.
